Faulty Goods
Goods deemed to be faulty by our technical staff during their warranty period shall be replaced at no cost to you (the customer) (Inward freight is the responsibility of the customer). A Copy of the original sales invoice is required to accompany and returned goods. Goods found to have no fault may incur a technicians fee and a return freight charge payment of this in full will be required in full before goods can be retuned.

The warranty will be void if the fault is found to have been caused by incorrect handling or installation by anyone other than Custom Built Computers. Custom Built Computers aims to have replacement goods to the customer in the shortest possible time but as goods must be sent to our supplier for replacement we accept no liability for any delay incurred.

Non-Faulty Goods
Non Faulty Goods will only be accepted at the discression of Custom Built Computers if they are in new condition with all original box; Manual, cables, etc. and a 30% restocking fee will be incurred. Due to this please choose your products carefully and if you have any quires please clear them up with us before you confirm an order, we will always do our best to solve any issues you have and are more than happy to help you find a product that best suites your needs.
We accept no responsibility for incompatible goods due to an incorrect choice by the customer.

Complaints

At Custom Built Computers we aim for no less than 100% customer satisfaction if you feel we have not reached this standard or you feel our website or our service could be improved in some way please email us as the easiest way for us to improve our service to you is by you telling us what you would like.

Delivery

We have changed the way we charge freight, from now on for any orders under $1000 a flat charge of $7 applys to any standard orders*. For orders over $1000 freight is free*. We primarly use CourierPost for small items and Castle Parcels for larger items although goods are often sent direct from supplyers so they may use different companies inculding PBT, Skyroad and Fastway.

Custom Built Computers will always aim for a prompt delivery but we accept no liability for any delays in the products arrival. Custom Built Computers will not be held liable for any goods damaged in transit if you feel the goods may have been damaged please check before signing for them.
